Être's Speed Run for the End of Q1 - A Fast Top Ten

In what felt like the fastest first quarter ever, Être is heading into what promises to be our most exciting season yet. Armed with new boardroom visits on the calendar (we see you LoveShackFancy and Condé Nast) and a slew of new ideas coming directly from our Gen Z Board, Être is at an inflection point as we look towards our 10th birthday in May.

With cake and candles ready, here is a fast Top Ten of major Q1 moments that thrilled both the tweens and teens who attended and companies like ABC News, Golden Globe Foundation, Pinterest, Hello Sunshine, Forbes, Columbia University, Stryker and more who hosted us in-person or with pop-up mentor moments.

In no particular order but with the thanks of grateful girls...click any image for details on each event:

And having put our pens down with the 2026 Class of Être TED-Ed selected, we enter Q2 with pride and purpose. We'll be notifying our speakers today and announcing to the world on April 1st - with topics both profound and playful we'll be calling on this LinkedIn community for mentor convos!

For now, we're looking back on Q1 with breathless joy, and turning our eyes to the growth that spring will bring.

Looking forward,

Illana

ÊXTRAS: Three more Q1 moments you won't want to miss: when we sent hundreds of Gen Z names to NASA so they can fly around the moon on Artemis II (launching this week), when we paired in writing each TIME Woman of the Year with girls following in her footsteps, and when we watched Être girls help launch the Sunnie Reads Book Council - starting a new chapter for girls everywhere.
